Martha Chrysostomou studied musical arts for her bachelor degree and master degree in music therapy at National Academy of Music Prof. Pancho Vladigerov in Sofia.
The last six years she has been working with children as qualified music therapist and founder of Melotonia – atelier for music therapy and music lessons located in Sofia.
She has been practising since September 2012 and has many international publications and interviews in the field of music therapy for children with ADHD and autism and has extensive experience in music therapy with children with autism, ADHD, mental disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, blindness, deafness, children with emotional and behavioural disorders and many others.
At the music therapy sessions, she uses various methods such as Nordoff Robbins, Orff Schulwerk, Juliett Alvin and some of her own methods.
Martha believes that combining these methods with her knowledge and experience, significantly increases the chances of better results!
